Development Team Lead

Our Development group is comprised of cross-functional teams that are building a three-tier client/server enterprise application the .Net platform. We are seeking a high-energy person to lead a team of software engineers, QA engineers and technical writers in developing a functional solution.

Responsibilities:

• Technical and leadership role
• Coordinate the efforts of a small team
• Lead the team in analysis and design
• Maintain project plan and keep the project on schedule
• Act as a mentor for team members
• Enforce code standards
• Perform code reviews
• Individual code development contribution
• May include direct reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in software development/engineering, preferably senior software developer experience
• Experience leading a team of software engineers and QA professionals
• Excellent people and communications skills
• Excellent software analysis and design skills
• Experience developing large client/server applications
• Experience with 3.5 .NET platform
• Experience developing with C#.NET
• Strong object oriented design experience
• B.S. in CS/CE or related field, Masters or Ph D a plus
